You may login to the e-service with your Email ID and on verification of the One Time Password (OTP) sent to either your Email ID as applicable.
The Certificate Requisition Portal has been established to facilitate the Alumni of the Institution in accessing and submitting applications for the following services:
1. Transcript
3. Certificate Correction
5. Migration Certificate
2. Attestation of Photocopies of Grade Sheets and Certificates
4. Duplicate Grade Sheets/Certificates
6. e-Sanad (SRMIST)

- Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your application form.
- This portal is strictly meant for Alumni. Unauthorized access or misuse will be dealt with seriously.
- Note: Current (active) students must log in to their Student Portal ( https://sp.srmist.edu.in/srmiststudentportal/students/loginManager/youLogin.jsp) to access these application forms, including the Name Change – Gazette Application Form.
